Andreas Bechtolsheim

Mr. Bechtolsheim was Co-Founder and Vice President of Technology of Sun Microsystems, where he was the chief architect of Sun's workstation product line. In 1995, Mr. Bechtolsheim founded Granite Systems to design high-performance Gigabit Ethernet switches. He is a member of the board of directors of Magma Design Automation and an active investor in the ECAD industry. Mr. Bechtolsheim received a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and was a Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. He has been honored with a Fulbright scholarship, a German National Merit Foundation scholarship, the Stanford Entrepreneur Company of the year award, the Smithsonian Leadership Award for Innovation and has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering.

Bill Joy

Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Sun Microsystems and a member of Sun's Executive Committee. Mr. Joy joined Sun in 1982, and since then has guided Sun's technical strategy and spearheaded its open systems philosophy. Mr. Joy's most recent focus has been the Jini distributed computing technology for networking computer devices using Java. He is Co-Chairman of the President's Information Advisory Committee. Mr. Joy received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1975. Subsequently, Mr. Joy received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley, where he was the principal designer of Berkeley UNIX (BSD).

John Hamm

John Hamm is a partner at Redpoint Ventures, a private venture capital firm in Menlo Park, California with over $1.8B under management. Mr. Hamm's expertise is in Internet software and hardware infrastructure, storage systems, and servers. Prior to Redpoint Ventures, Mr. Hamm was Managing Director at Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE). Prior to ICG, Mr. Hamm was President and CEO of Whistle Communications, which was acquired by IBM Corporation. Before ICG, Mr. Hamm was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Computing Business Unit at Adaptec (NASDAQ:ADPT), where he led its growth by over 400% in 4 years, reaching a revenue rate of $500M annually. Mr. Hamm received B.S. degrees in Engineering Physics and Engineering Management from Purdue University and attended the U.C. Irvine Executive MBA program.

Roy Sardiña

Mr. Sardiña has over 20 years of computer technology experience. Prior to Ingrian, Mr. Sardiña was Co-Founder of Tasmania Network Systems, a cache proxy company that was acquired by Cisco Systems. Mr. Sardiña was also a member of the founding management team for Brocade Communications Systems (NASDAQ: BRCD). Prior to Brocade, Mr. Sardiña was with Sun Microsystems for 11 years. While at Sun, Mr. Sardiña was responsible for Sun's Corporate Development Organization in the office of the Chairman. Mr. Sardiña holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Martin E. Hellman

Dr. Hellman is Professor Emeritus of E.E. at Stanford University. With Whitfield Diffie, Dr. Hellman invented public key cryptography. Mr. Hellman continues to work for improvement in national encryption standards, and from 1994-96, Mr. Hellman served on the National Research Council's Committee on National Cryptographic Policy. Mr. Hellman has received numerous awards for his research and teaching, including election to Fellow of the IEEE.
