Ingrian Networks and Chesapeake System Solutions Team to Deliver Secure Reconciliation Automation and Workflow Management Tools

Partnership to integrate Ingrian’s encryption technology into Chesapeake’s reconciliation software to safeguard the data of Chesapeake T-Recs™ customers

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and OWINGS MILLS, Maryland — November 6, 2007— Ingrian® Networks, Inc, the leading provider of data privacy solutions, and Chesapeake System Solutions, a leading provider of reconciliation, treasury workstation, account analysis and unclaimed property compliance software, today announced a joint partnership integrating the Ingrian DataSecure® appliance with Chesapeake’s flagship product, the Total Reconciliation Solution (T-Recs™).  Under the agreement, Chesapeake will participate in the Ingrian ISV Partner Program and the companies will work together to expand into new markets with special focus on encrypting all sensitive information the T-Recs processes, safeguarding the private data of Chesapeake customers.

Chesapeake’s T-Recs offers banks and enterprises a reconciliation automation and workflow management tool that eliminates the effort and errors inherent in manual reconciliation and seamlessly integrates reconciliation functions into a company’s entire treasury operation. Coupled with Ingrian’s encryption technology, the two companies can now offer secured reconciliation, reporting, workflow management, automated data collection, and account balancing tools.
